Writing as a Part of Life

As a mom of 5, Lara DeHaven loves to integrate reading and writing as an important part of her children's lives. From writing out shopping lists to birthday cards to their own haiku poems when they were young, She cheered them on misspellings and all. Then as they grew older, Lara encouraged them to express themselves in writing.

Now she is giving hunters to young travelers ways to express themselves through writing. Additionally just fun blank journals are great ways to put thoughts into writing. Writing without the pressure of a critical word or judgment from others for our lack of punctuation is freedom. This kind of freedom develops fearless writers, ones who are not afraid of a blank page.
